Today we are setting the table with corn. Not just any sort of corn. Hickory Cane corn. Not to be confused with Hickory King corn. We visit with Johnny Buchanan, a Farmer from South Knoxville along with his friends and family members who are growing Hickory Cane corn and using it to produce corn meal and grits.
